Barely two years after the Arab Spring, Egypt's Tahrir Square has again filled with protestors. This time, the issue is President Mohamed Morsi's new decrees, which diminish the judiciary and grant him unprecedented powers.

Al-Jazeera explains President Morsi's great concern: he risks disappointing voters because he "seems to have little power."

The Wall Street Journal outlines the response on all fronts to "a naked power grab by the Muslim Brotherhood."

In France, Le Monde reports that the president's powers are very much provisional and temporary.
